I really enjoyed Michelle's presentation style-clear mastery of the material paired with effective conveying of it to the group, warmth and energy. The time flew!

Michelle does a wonderful job of using a variety of things - PowerPoint, videos, lecture! She's an amazing trainer - one of the best I've heard!
